I understand the above charge card is to be held in lieu of a deposit for the accepted bid listed above and will not be charged unless authorized to be used for payment after the final invoice is submitted to me by TW’s-AFAB Catering excepting that if other payment arrangements are not made within 48 hours after completion of the event, this card may be used for payment. Payment arrangements are defined as email or telephone correspondence to TW’s-AFAB Catering detailing customers preferred payment option and the time it is to be sent to TW’s-AFAB Catering. I also understand that once payment is made, TW’s-AFAB Catering will send a paid invoice to the email address on the bid as proof of payment.
